Before you begin whitening:
- Try in trays and check they fit. If there are rough edges trim them with small scissors.
- Brush and floss your teeth
- Apply whitening product to trays a pearl drop size for each tooth)
- Wear trays 1-2 hours every day for two weeks until you attain the brightness you desire.
After your whitening session:
- Remove Trays, floss teeth, and brush off excess product with warm water.
- Clean trays with warm water and toothbrush or cotton swab.
- Dry trays and store in case.
Things to keep in mind:
- If Sensitivity develops, use product every other day or every third day.
- Do not eat or drink while trays are in your mouth.
- Store kit in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
- After you have completed the whitening process, store any leftover tubes in the door
of your refrigerator to use for future touch-ups. Bring to room temperature before using.
