Our office works with all dental insurance companies that allow you to choose your own provider and does not restrict you to a single office. For our patients with PPO dental plans, we are an out-of-network provider with the only exception being Delta Dental where we are an in-network Premier Provider.
Dental insurance is an agreement between you, as the consumer, and your dental plan, most frequently through an employer. We are not a party to that agreement and cannot guarantee your benefits. We are happy to call your dental plan to learn more about it and advise you how it will work in our office and are also happy to submit pre-authorizations for any non-emergency services.
